From time to time, we may use your information in new ways. If our information practices change materially at some time in the future, we will post the changes to our website and revise our Policy accordingly. In addition, if we have collected personally-identifying information from you, we will notify you about the changes and get your consent before making use of your information in new ways.

The information we collect varies depending upon your activities when using the Site and whether you are a visitor to the Site or a subscriber to the Platform. We collect personally-identifying information you choose to provide to us on the Site for creation of your account, when you submit questions or information through the Site, or when you register to use the Site or purchase a subscription. If you subscribe to the Platform and install the Accountable2You software on any computers or devices, the Platform will collect additional data that can be viewed on the Site and shared with your accountability partners. Data collected through the Platform can include the titles of websites visited, email subjects and senders/receivers, application usage logs, file logs, geolocation information, call logs, text logs, application content and data, directory paths, and the dates and times these various events occurred. This collection will continue so long as the A2U software is active on your computers or devices, even if your subscription has expired.

In addition, we automatically gather certain other information and store it in log files. This information may include (as applicable) internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, geolocation information, and information on what pages visitors access or visit. We collect and store this information on an individual basis and in aggregate, or combined, form.

A2U will use the information it collects to provide services related to the Platform, to contact you about the Site and the Platform, analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track users’ use of the Site and Platform, and to gather demographic information about our user base. We also use this information to improve the content of the Site, and to customize the content and layout of our pages. All of this is done with the intention of making the Site more useful to users.

We will share your personal information with any individuals (“Accountability Partners”) you designate in your “Accountability Group,” which you will designate through the Site or Platform. We will also share your personal information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website. We may also release your personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Site policies, or protect our safety, property, or rights, or the safety, property, or rights of others. Otherwise, we do not rent, sell, or transfer personal information to any third parties.

In the future, A2U, this Site, or the Platform could be sold or transferred. If that happens, the information we have gathered may be one of the assets transferred.

We will retain your personal account information in accordance with our continuing business needs and/or to improve our Site. Questions or other personal information submitted outside of an account will be kept indefinitely. We may retain certain anonymous, de-identified or aggregated information, including personal stories, indefinitely for research and educational purposes. Any data that is collected through the Platform is retained for a rolling 15 day period.
