Does the base fee of $50 cover any installs?
No. The base fee covers your organization account and centralized administration needs: your own logo and subdomain, custom landing pages, central account management, sub-groups and moderators, and per-member trigger words. Device Installations are billed separately at $2 per active installation per month, with no maximum limit of installs.
Is this employee productivity monitoring?
No. Accountable2You is designed for accountability and responsible device use, not timesheets, keystroke logging, or productivity scoring. The plan provides visibility into relevant browsing and application activity on company-owned devices.
Is this for company-owned or employee-owned devices?
The Organization plan is intended for company-owned devices. It's not designed to extend individual accounts to employees for their privately owned devices.
Do employees know the software is installed?
Yes. Accountable2You is visible on the device by design and is not designed to operate as covert monitoring software. Employees can view their own recorded activity, but can not see each other’s activity.
What activity can an administrator see?
Administrators can view supported browsing history (including Incognito), apps used, and device usage. Accountable2You does not capture screenshots.
Who receives the reports?
Reporting is tied to the organization’s administrator account. Administrators can oversee activity across monitored company-owned devices. You may also assign appropriate oversight responsibilities within the account where available.
Can we exclude certain apps or work tools from reports?
Yes. You can opt out of recording sensitive apps. This is useful for keeping personal banking or medical apps off the report.
Can activity settings be adjusted for different employees or roles?
Yes. Organizations can adjust certain monitoring and alert settings to better reflect legitimate differences between roles and responsibilities. This is useful when employees regularly encounter terms or applications that would be unusual for other teams.

Can we install Accountable2You remotely?
No. The app needs to be installed individually on each device.
What counts as an active installation?
An active installation is one monitored user profile on a supported device. Most phones, tablets, and computers have a single profile, so they need one install each. Devices with multiple monitored user profiles may require more than one installation.
Who manages the organization account?
A designated organization administrator manages the account, monitored devices, reporting, and account settings. Additional oversight roles may be available for organizations that need to divide responsibility across teams or departments.
